“The Repulicans’ Inspiring Message on Climate Change<\/a>” that called out and summed up the ridiculousness of this as well as\u00a0other climate change deniers; otherwise known as “not knowledge” by “not scientists.” In talking about Inhofe’s book he said,\u00a0“its like harry potter for people who thought harry potter as too much science in it.”<\/p>\nIn one of the most accurate and amusing metaphors on the way many in the republican party view climate change, Colbert pours water into a container with a topographic model of the United States. As he is pouring in the water he says,”now what apears to be happening is that the water is rising. Why? One theory is: I don’t know I’m not a scientist…Oh look there goes florida!
