He said that not everyone is &#8220;brilliant&#8221; enough to go to secondary school. They work from 8am till 4pm, Monday through Friday. Today, the people of Montserrat are working to rebuild Montserrat and reconstruct the economy. One of their main projects involves finishing the construction of a new airport on the Northern part of the island. This process has provided many jobs for youth in the construction business.
