on girls and boys…<\/strong>\u00a0Mostly all the other girls are my girlfriends [but] I don’t like them, they always call on me. They ask me to do their homework and stuff.
\non playing…\u00a0<\/strong> Sports and play station and, um, kid stuff… We play in safe places…in the backyard, in distance of your mom screaming for you.
\non the future…\u00a0<\/strong>[I want to] be a bicycle man…to be one of them guys on TV…BMX.
\non religion…\u00a0<\/strong> Jesus is the way.\u00a0 It is true.\u00a0 [I learned it in] church.
\non friends…<\/strong>\u00a0 This is Tyrell.\u00a0 Sometimes he annoys me but…he introduced me to people.\u00a0My friend Zach….He is the one that came down to the office and got me whenever I was in [trouble]\u2026and we were good friends.\u00a0 This is my other friend; his name is…Laurence, and he’s cool.\u00a0 Sometimes he annoys me but I gotta deal with it.
\non family…\u00a0<\/strong> We’re so close…every month we have our family meeting and we got to get everything out and tell the truth and that is what I don’t like.
\non being in front of the camera…<\/strong>\u00a0I don’t like it…because I get embarrassed in front of cameras.<\/p>\n

\nTommy…<\/strong> This is the corner of my school.
\nQ…<\/strong>\u00a0 So talk about your school why did you take the picture? Why is it important?
\nTommy…<\/strong>\u00a0 Because it’s important, cause I get education from it and I wouldn’t go to college if I didn’t have it.
\nQ…<\/strong> So you want to go to college?
\nTommy…<\/strong> Yeah.<\/p>\n

\"PhotographTommy…<\/strong> This is Ms.Kelly.\u00a0 She is very, very important to me.\u00a0 She is the one who, um, told me about this and told me to, um, come here and it is a safe place for kids to come to.\u00a0 And that is it.<\/p>\n

\nTommy…<\/strong>\u00a0 This is our sooty stairs. You can see the whole town from it. Mostly the town but um, and it’s huge and the steps if you fell, you would probably get broken bones. And that’s it.
\nQ…<\/strong> So, do you think they are important to the town, the steps?
\nTommy…<\/strong> Yeah.<\/p>\n
