Community-Based Research

As a course based on fieldwork with the local community, we have a responsibility to be aware of the ways that the community is opening itself to our inquiry and making its resources available for our learning. In turn, it is appropriate for us to think about what we can give back. In the planning for this course, we developed a collaborative project to produce a series of profiles of community members that we plan to publish on the Web, utilizing text, images, podcast or video from your interviews.
